How to choose in this category
Identify the learning activity you need help with. Flashcards support a different exercise from a structured course, a worked explanation or conversational practice. An app can make it easy to complete a session without establishing that you can use the material outside it.
Choose a small topic and an observable goal for your own trial: explain an idea without looking, solve a new example or understand a short exchange. Use the analysis to decide what the tool contributes and what still needs to happen elsewhere. We do not treat streaks, course completion or developer marketing as proof of learning outcomes.
